What is Myhealth-PCHS Patient Portal? 

Myhealth-PCHS is a new online patient website it's free and password-protected. It provides a secure and convenient method to access and monitor your personal health information online, from the comfort of  your own home.

How do I register for the Patient Portal?

If you are interested in accessing Myhealth-PCHS Patient Portal
          
1. You can register online here
2. Notify the front office staff at your next appointment. If your physican is currently on the portal you can register there.
   

Is my Information Safe?    

Yes. Myhealth-PCHS passwords are encrypted so they cannot be copied or paste. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout features protects your information if you leave the portal page open. Username and passwords are required.
       

Can I use Myhealth-PCHS for emergency?  
          
Myhealth-PCHS should not be used for urgent situations

How soon will I see my documents

Most documents will be posted to Myhealth-PCHS within 72 hours of completion. This short delay allows time for your provider to review your results and share then with you. Please keep in mind that some tests take longer to complete than others and these results may take longer to posted.


How do I access my child's records?

If your child is under the age of 13 a parent/guardian can have access to their child's records. Completion of the proxy access form will be necessary. Parent /guardian access automatically expires on the child's 13th birthday.



What if I forget my password?

 You can click the "Forgot Password" link that will ask you for some personal information. If you need further assistance, please contact the MyHealth Support Team at tech@pchspitt.org with your first name, last name and description on the problem. 

       

Do I need any special equipment to use the Portal?

No, it's easy to use. You don't have to download or install any programs - just log on to the Portal with your Username (your email address) and password, and then answer your security question. You can access Myhealth-PCHS from any computer or smartphone with Internet connection.
